Good news – KYBI packing slips don't show prices to begin with, so you're all set to send a shipment straight to your loved ones.

You are welcome to shop in-person at KYBI Studios, but please note our in-store offerings and hours are limited. We recommend shopping online, then scheduling your order for pick-up.

Sorry about that! USPS occassionally marks orders as delivered 1-2 business days before they are physically delivered. This is most often the cause of false delivery notifications, and your best bet is to wait it out.
