How long does it take for orders to ship?
I make every effort to ship all orders within 1-3 business days, though this timeline can change depending on demand and time-of-year. If you need your order by a certain date, I encourage you to let me know in the order notes, and I will do my best to accomodate your request.
What is the shipping time for your orders?
Shipping times can vary greatly depending on time-of-year and the shipping method selected at checkout. In general, most orders arrive within 5 business days, though some shipments may take up to 10 business days.
Help! The apparel in my order doesn't fit.
No worries! I offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. To submit a return/exchange request, click here. (Note: exclusions may apply for returns.)
I got a delivery notification of my order, but it's no where to be found. Can you reship my order?
Sorry about that! USPS occassionally marks orders as delivered 1-2 business days before they are physically delivered. This is most often the cause of false delivery notifications, and your best bet is to wait it out.
Occassionally, packages are misdelivered or even stolen. If 3 business days have passed since you got the initial delivery notification and your package still hasn't arrived, please reach out at email@example.com with your order number. I will do everything in my power to make it right for you – either through a refund or reshipment.
My items arrived damaged. Can you reship them?
Oh no! I package all orders as carefully as possible, but unfortunately, damages do sometimes occur.
