Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, your item will not be eligible for a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs on all orders are non-refundable.The following items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds on returned items will be issued once your item is received and inspected. Once your return is accepted, you will first receive an email notifying you of the acceptance; you will then receive a second email once your refund has been issued.
Refunds automatically go back to the original method of payment and can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
From start to finish, the full refund process can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, and your patience is greatly appreciated during that time!
Late or missing refunds
If you are missing your refund and more than 7 business days have passed since you received your refund notification, it is recommended that you contact your bank. Depending on your banking institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Unless otherwise stated within the item's listing page, all apparel items are eligible for exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please submit a request through the returns center and select "exchange" as the return reason.
Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive shipping instructions and a return label (if applicable) via email. An exchange order will be created and shipped once the return shipment is received.
From start to finish, the exchange process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Your patience is greatly appreciated during this time!
If you received an item as a gift and would like to make a return or exchange, please submit a request through the returns center if you know the order number, or contact me at email@example.com if not. Refunds for gifted orders will be issued on a gift certificate basis.
As a courtesy, free return shipping labels are provided for requests made through the returns center.
For returns on Etsy orders and orders outside of the 30-day return period (i.e. returns requested via email), it will be up to the customer to cover the return shipping cost if the return request is approved. If you'd like to have a label issued and the cost deducted from your refund amount, please include that request within your email.
