Payment
Payment is accepted via credit card or check. All payment must be received and processed at time of shipment. Late payments will incur a late fee of 10% per month.

Shipping
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Orders ship within 3-7 business days from Lockhart, TX via USPS or UPS. Please specify if you’d like your order shipped at a later date.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of shipment and will be reflected on your final invoice.
Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. KYBI is not responsible for any delays in shipment due to the carrier, but will be happy to assist in the rare instance of missing orders.
Back Orders
On occasion, certain items may be out of stock. When this happens, you will be notified of any back ordered items via email or Faire messages and will have the option of splitting the shipment or cancelling the back ordered items. In the case of split-shipments, KYBI will cover the shipping cost of the backordered shipment.
Returns and damages
We do not accept returns on wholesale orders but will offer exchanges on slow-moving items on a case-by-case basis.
If your shipment contains damaged or defective items, please contact us within one week of delivery and the items will be replaced.
Online resale
Buyers are permitted to resell KYBI products through their online shops; please list Kyn You Believe It as the vendor within your item description.
Resale of KYBI products on third-party platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, etc. is not permitted. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the cancellation of your wholesale account with KYBI, and future orders will not be accepted.
Packaging
All items contain KYBI branding. Removal of this branding is not permitted under any circumstance.
In an effort to reduce our impact on the planet, individual packing methods vary from item-to-item.
KYBI is currently in the process of adding UPC barcodes to all items. During this transition, please leave a note or email us after placing your order if you'd like to ensure your items receive barcodes.
