Kyn You Believe It is proud to offer two subscriptions to our customers! Below you'll find FAQs about The Believer Box and Kyn You Color It, as well as tutorials on how to edit your subscription if/when needed.
Subscriptions can be managed after logging into your account. You must sign in using the email that's linked to your subscription.
To sign in:
– click the button below, or
– click the person icon in the top-right of your screen (desktop), or
– click the "log in" or "create account" button in the sidebar menu (mobile)
When you subscribe, you will be charged immediately. Then, you will be charged on the 1st of the month that a box ships. Boxes ship on the EVEN months: February, April, June, etc.
There is a 3-box commitment for the subscription. After you have received 3 boxes, you may cancel at any time. You may skip boxes if you do not like the pre-determined theme, but please note that skipped boxes will not count towards the 3-box commitment.
No worries! We'll announce the theme to subscribers by the 25th of odd-numbered months (January, March, May, etc.), and you'll have until the 1st to decide if you'd like to skip.
Shipping is included in the box purchase price!
Yes! To make a one-time Believer Box gift purchase, simply add the single box to your cart and enter the recipients address at checkout.
To gift a 3-box or 6-box subscription, select the desired plan in the subscription box drop-down. Enter the recipient's address at checkout, and all boxes will be shipped to their address. Note: if you'd like the recipient to receive Believer Box updates (new themes announcements), please email us at hello@kynyoubelieveit.com and we can add them to the update list.
Sorry about that! Subscriptions are opened on the 1st of even-numbered months (February, April, etc) and close 2-3 weeks later. To be notified when orders reopen, please click here.
Subscriptions can be canceled by accessing your subscription portal online (see below for info on how to log in).
The Believer Box subscription has a 3-box minimum, and if you have not met this minimum, the cancel button will not be available. Please contact us if you need to cancel before reaching the minimum.
You are welcome to print as many copies as needed for yourself, your classroom, your clients, etc. However – Kyn You Color It files are yours and yours only: in other words, please do not share the digital files.
If/when a friend or colleague asks you to share the files, please respect Kyndra's art by directing them to kynyoucolorit.com.
Subscriptions are charged on the same day of the month that you subscribed. (If you make your first payment on January 5th, you will be charged on February 5th, March 5th, etc.)
Yes – please click here to view the Kyn You Color It collection of current and past coloring sheet sets. Please note that subscribing will not give you access to past sets; they will need to be purchased separately.
