Kyn You Believe It (KYBI) is a gift and stationery brand centered around mental health and self-care! In addition to being a fun, colorful brand, we're also a full-scale print shop based in Lockhart, TX, so quality and attention to detail matter a lot around here. :)
We’re currently hiring for a Production Specialist to take ownership of keeping our products in stock. This role is perfect for someone who:
- has a close attention to detail
- loves working with their hands
- finds satisfaction in repetitive work
- enjoys fine-tuning systems
- has print shop experience (a major plus, but not required)
You’ll be responsible for producing products (notepads, journals, and more) and making sure our shelves stay stocked and ready for orders. Tasks include:
- producing inventory for a variety of printed products, both on a made-to-order and batch-produced basis
- working through a restock queue as communicated by our operations specialist
- maintaining consistent product quality by following pre-written guidelines
- keeping production spaces organized
- prepping materials and components for larger production runs
- flagging any production issues
Hours
This is an in-person role based in Lockhart, TX that will start at 10-15 hours (2-3 shifts) per week. Hours are flexible but consistent; we'll work around your current schedule to determine a fixed schedule for you. The opportunity for increased hours is a very high possibility down the line, if desired.
Compensation & benefits
Pay begins at $15/hour during an initial training period, which will bump to $17/hour after training is complete (~1 month after employment).
1 week's equivalent of paid sick time is made available upon employment, and all employees receive time off (with holiday pay) on federal holidays. PTO begins accruing after training is complete (~1 month after employment).
