I’ve never been a big journaler, so I explicitly went searching for something that had a good mix of scoped questions, and rating items. I’m already journaling way more than I have in my life. When I don’t feel like starting to write immediately, going through the questions on the side helps get the ball rolling. I like the thick paper in the form factor of this spiral bound journal.
As someone who is just getting back into therapy, this is so well made, positive, easy to use, and something I will actually look forward to doing. Highly recommend!! Shipping was fast, product is exactly as it appears in the advert.
This item has been a blessing as it ends my nights with positive affirmations and reflection. I would recommend it for the habit tracker alone which I use everyday which has b en essential for establishing a baseline and measure true progress.
The pages are so thick/durable and feel very good quality! The contents of the journal are very thoughtful and I like the disclaimers about making the journal feel as low pressure as possible. My zodiac sign is cancer (the crab) so I thought this design was very fitting :)
Great great journal. Can’t say enough about the paper quality and the spiral binding. All very high quality. I’ve showed it to my therapy group and I think there’s at least 1 more order coming your way. We plan to use these like the daily check-ins we do in group once therapy is over. The product arrived in great condition and packaged to withstand the trip. There was a small hiccup with shipping, but that's to be expected when things are shipped to Hawaii. Kyndra was very understanding and helped me sort things out very quickly. I will definitely be buying again!
