We make every effort to ship all orders within 2-4 business days, though this timeline can change depending on demand and time-of-year. For the most up-to-date processing times, please check your order confirmation email. Once an order ships, transit time can take anywhere from 1-10 business days depending on the method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 5 business days after shipping.
If you need your order by a certain date, you are encouraged to reply to your order confirmation, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Good news – KYBI packing slips don't show prices to begin with, so you're all set to send a shipment straight to your loved ones.
If you'd like to add a gift message onto your order, feel free to enter it into the notes section at checkout, and it will show up on your order's packing slip! For additional (paid) gift-wrapping options, click here.
No worries! For more extensive FAQs, check out this link. If you still can't find your answer, feel free to email us at hello@kynyoubelieveit.com. We'll do our best to get back to you within 2 business days (excludes weekends/holidays).
I love mushrooms, and this was the cutest notepad and so perfect for me. Thank you so much. It was a great find.
This is a quality notepad with a beautiful design. Perfect to gift!
Love this notepad! It's for a friend!!! I know they will love it! And it came with a cute sticker, and I loved the thank you postcard in the box (ordered multiple things from the shop) matched the theme!
This is really good. ❤️
I love this item. The quality of the paper is wonderful. It’s thick paper. It would make a great gift or something for yourself. Delivery was quick.
These book review pads are what I was looking for. I wanted something that could serve as a bookmark and give me a way to jot down information about the book I’m reading. I like the idea of having a bookmark for each book, rather than always having to look for an available bookmark when I need one. They are exactly as described. I included a picture with them on a standard size paperback as reference. The quality is good and I like the aged-paper color of them. Shipping was pretty fast. Ordered on a Sunday, delivered the following Saturday.
Exactly what I wanted and the quality was great!
Love this!! Exactly what I was looking for a bookmark size!
Great product and customer service. I wanted them a little earlier than the expected date and were so accommodating.
I love making my lists on this notepad! It just brightens up my day. Perfect size and enough room for longer tasks. Love it so much! Please keep it forever 🫐🍓

This notepad is perfect for the planner who likes to see the steps of their project but in a really cute format.
I still can’t get over the quality of this notebook paper. We are talking fine quality colors, thickness and texture! Thank you!
This is perfect for my mom who loves puzzles and lists.
I couldn't resist this one because it makes me want to sing.
