I'll be the first to admit that these ledges are priced much higher than I had hoped. Locating someone who could cut-on-demand at a reasonable price turned into the biggest hurdle of making these ledges available, and I can assure you I spent countless hours researching and emailing in order to get the lowest pricing for my customers. Ultimately, these ledges require quite a bit of material and cut-time, and the pricing seen here is the best I've been able to do. (But trust me – it's a major improvement from the initial cost of $160 for 10 ledge sets)
My profit on these ledges is the exact same if you purchase the DIY option or the physical option: $20. When paired with the material costs for your folding easel, I understand this display is not the most cost-friendly item, but I want to assure you that this is an end-all, be-all option for sticker displays, and once you invest in it, you'll never have to worry about improving your sticker display again. (Speaking from experience here!)
I understand how quickly the cost of displays can add up, and I wouldn't be selling these to you at this price point if I didn't believe in them. Hopefully I can find a solution for lower-pricing in the future, but until then, I'm happy to share my heart with you on the pricing for these pieces.
Your ledges will be cut and shipped by another laser cutting company with a ~1 week turn-around. Their processing time is set at one week – no exceptions. You can pay $29 at checkout for rush shipping, but this will not affect your order's processing time.

These ledges are designed to fit standard pegboard from the hardware store: 3/16 inch thick pegboard with 1/4 inch holes that are 1 inch apart. Please click here for my recommended pegboard. Other pegboard styles (e.g. IKEA pegboard, etc) will not work.

In my personal experience, stickers displayed on these ledges hold up great in high winds! (We've had shows where other products have blown away but the stickers have stayed completely put.)
I believe this is due to a mix of the dividers/brackets blocking wind, the narrow ledge not giving the stickers any room to move, and our pegboard easel allowing wind to escape through holes. Additionally, our stickers tend to be 3 inches at the widest point, and they are made of a heavier vinyl material (not paper).
Ultimately, I can only speak from my personal experience, and I currently can't make any promises about wind-tolerance, as this factor will vary greatly on your display, sticker type, etc. That said, if your stickers and display match what I've just described, you should be golden!
These ledges are available for shipping within the U.S. and Canada. Other countries are not supported by the third-party cutting company at this time.
